Pre-construction
Tishman serves as the Owner's Representative working with the project team of consultants, architects and engineers in the design development process throughout schematic and working drawing production.
- Through continuous interaction with the Owner and the architects and engineers, constructive input is provided through design and systems review, value engineering, estimating, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Tishman will also advise the Owner regarding proposals from specialty consultants for items like communication systems, mechanical/electrical plants, and site security.
